What firms get

Shared matters
Bring colleagues onto a matter as its lead, a member or a viewer. The matter's documents, research and drafts sit in one place, so the team works from the same file.
Roles and permissions
Start from Owner, Partner, Associate and Paralegal, or create roles of your own. Decide who can open every matter, delete documents, share outside the firm or change the plan.
Activity record
A firm-wide record of document views and downloads, changes to matters and documents, and changes to people and roles, with who did it and when. Administrators can filter and export it.
Team credits
Every seat adds its credits to one pool the whole team draws on. Unused credits carry over when the plan renews, up to half of the monthly allowance.
Data and the DPDP Act
Members see their data-use settings on first sign-in and can download their data from Settings. Documents are hosted in Mumbai, and we don't train AI models on your content.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit and stored documents are encrypted at rest. We don't hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification yet, and we'll take your procurement team through the controls.

Priced per seat from 3 seats to 10, billed monthly or yearly, with 18% GST included. For more than 10 seats, we'll discuss pricing in the walkthrough.
